Online workshop in collaboration with
Rediscovering pleasure while navigating painful sex
A 4-hour online workshop designed for women and non-binary vulva owners experiencing sexual pain or dysfunction.
Our online workshop offers a unique, evidence-based approach combining comprehensive sex education with therapeutic psychological applications.
Led by a qualified sex educator and psychologist with a special interest in sexual pain, the session aims to empower women through their therapeutic journey to live a more fulfilling sex life while navigating sexual pain or dysfunction.
We provide an in-depth understanding of the complex interplay between the physical, psychological, and social aspects that impact sexual well-being, with a focus on the crucial role of pleasure.
Our goal is to provide a supportive and safe environment where women can feel comfortable learning about their bodies, their sexual responses, and their pleasure.
Through attending our workshop, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights, tools and resources to complement your treatment, and to help break down barriers of shame, stigma and taboo.
